<p><span class="lingo_region">The quick and dirty version is this&#8230; A</span>s of 2:00 p.m. this afternoon just <a href="http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/files/elections/2009/by_county/NY_US_House_0331.html?SITE=NYSAR&amp;SECTION=POLITICS" target="_blank">25 votes</a>, <span class="lingo_region">out of more than 154,000 cast,</span> separated Republican James Tedisco and Democrat <span>Scott Murphy in the special election for </span><span class="lingo_region">a New York&#8217;s 20th congressional district. There are about </span><span class="lingo_region">6,000 absentee ballots, not including those mailed from overseas which have until April 13th to arrive, still to be counted so i</span><span class="lingo_region">t&#8217;s going to be mid-month at the earlist before we know the final outcome.</span></p>
