I didn’t watch Barack Obama’s prime time infomercial last night. Michelle Malkin live blogged it and the Associated Press fact checked it… Apparently I doesn’t look like I missed much.

Calvin Woodward reports that Sen. Obama  “was less than upfront in his half-hour commercial Wednesday night about the costs of his programs and the crushing budget pressures he would face in office.”

Woodward goes on to examines five key points raise by Sen. Obama, health care costs, spending cuts, tax cuts for working families, the “right” to affordable health care and getting out of Iraq.

As an aside did anyone else notice Sen Obama’s shift on tax cuts? Throughout the campaign he’s been promising tax cuts for working families making less than $250,000 a year and now it’s $200,000?

My Fellow Conservatives, tonight at 8:00 p.m. Barack Obama’s 30 minute infomercial will air on CBS, NBC and Fox. I won’t be watching, I plan on spending the evening with John Wayne & Maureen O’Hara.

I can’t think of better antidote to Barack Obama’s testament to himself than Rio Grande.

Michelle Malkin says take Obama’s own advice tonight: “Turn off the TV!”… I couldn’t agree more, turn off the TV, read a book, take you kids out for ice cream or rent a movie starring John Wayne & Maureen O’Hara… You can’t go wrong in Rio Grande, The Quiet Man, Big Jake or McClintock.
